Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (QR and Soundbox) located in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and acquiring new business accounts, driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Area Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
– Ability to identify, recruit, coach and handhold a team of Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives to drive KPIs.
– Proven experience in sales and business development
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Knowledge of the payments industry and technology products
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
