Seeking a Tier 1 MBA graduate with 5-7 years of work experience, including at least 4 years post-MBA. Prior experience in consulting and exposure to Investment Banking or fundraising is highly desirable. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional project management skills, strong data analysis abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills for close collaboration with leadership teams. A proactive approach balancing strategic vision with operational efficiency is essential. This role also involves leading CEO meetings and OKR/KRA reviews in the CEO’s absence.
