Role Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales operations for food service in the assigned state, targeting institutions and the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. The primary responsibility includes growing sales revenue, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across channels.
Key Deliverables:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the sales targets in the assigned territory.
Manage the sales funnel and pipeline for Institutional and HoReCa segments.
Create and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base within the state.
Identify and seize business opportunities, especially in bulk sales to institutions and the HoReCa segment.
